It does NOT connect to the computer ((((Not through a network cable. Not via USB 3.0. Why?

That is not nearly enough information to go on regarding networking. Are you connecting directly or via a router? If you are running Windows 10, do you have SMB1 enabled? Have you tried RAIDar to find the NAS on the network? Do you even have drives installed yet?
Regarding USB3, it doesn't connect because it's not designed to. The USB ports are for connecting drives to the NAS, not computers.

SMB1 is enabled. Through the router everything works. Directly to the computer can not connect ((( Windows 10 x64
How to connect directly?

Well, through the router is the way it is intended to function. It is, after all, a Network Attached Storage unit. And unless your router does not support gigabit Ethernet, it will be no faster when connected directly.
But if you want to do it, you will have to manually assign IP addresses to both your computer and the NAS that are within the same IP sub-net (all but the last number are the same). I don't recommend this for anyone who was not already aware of the requirement (which is not unique to a NAS).
