ReadyNAS GUI Volumes Bug

I have a ReadyNAS 316 that I think I've encountered an un-fun bug on. Actually, quite a few bugs, but one that I'm currently hung on.

After adding larger drives a couple times and expanding, then getting barred from going back to X-Raid because I had "expanded volumes" (even though I simply switched to FlexRAID then immediately back) I decided to get the system back to non-expanded volumes, also hoping for a small performance boost (not sure if that's realistic or not). So, I removed and resized "devices" (md arrays) until I only had 1, filling all of the disks via RAID5 - this was an entire process and would be a massive post in and of itself. I never destroyed the BTRFS volume wholesale, but I did remove and add volumes (devids) from it.

I now have this showing up in the GUI:

In reality, this is what the device looks like:

Therein, I believe, lies the bug. Since the only dev ("ID") in the volume is "4" ReadyNAS gets confused. My reason for believing this is that it started showing up like this once I removed DEVID 1 from the volume. If I would have known this, I would have taken a slightly different approach in my shifting. Also, the BTRFS resize command didn't like me just specifying "max" and required "4:max" as it, apparently, defaults to only looking at devid 1. That's what turned on the lightbulb that the devid might be the root cause.

According to my limited research, there is no way to change the devid in a btrfs filesystem, so, am I stuck like this...? It isn't a critical issue, as everything is still functionally working, as far as I can tell, but it is annoying... Would love to see either a fix or for Netgear to actually fix the bug...

Anyone have any thoughts?

Try turning off Volume Quota on the volume settings wheel, and then turn it back on.

Brilliant! Guess I was a little off track about the nature of the "bug" - thanks for your help!
