ReadyNAS Management services offline after 6.5.0 update

• I upgraded to 6.5.0 following notification from the Admin page that this upgrade was available. The software downloaded and instructed a reboot. However after the reboot the power light remained flashing (slow pulse) and the Web Admin page would no longer load.
• Access to the disks and my files is fine from all my devices.
• If I try to start the Admin page via the IP address the drive is located, I am requested for User Id and Password then it attempts to open the Admin utlity. The splashscreen shows version 6.5.0 and then appears to start loading the program, but times out with an error message "ReadyNAS Admin Page is offline"
• I downloaded latest RAIDar. Raidar immediately detected the drive but status shows "Management service is offline". I can browse the disks, download logs and do diagnostics. The diagnistics reports no errors. The logs are extensive and with a quick scan my novice eye could not detect/understand them.

The unit has a single 3TB drive installed with about 40% utilisation.  It is a relatively new drive approx 6 months old.

System seemed to working well under the previous OS but I could not load or see any APPs.

Any advice is appreciated.
