I use cobian backeup (what's a firmware? How can I see what's it?).

mdgm is asking what firmware (software) your RN102 is running. You can see that in the web admin UI (on the system overview page). It starts with a "6" (for instance, 6.4.2).

Edit: I've seen the error message "fan dead", but I can see the fan working.

  Can you disable the Anti-Virus service under System > Settings > Services and see if this makes a difference?

    There is written "starus: system dead" after I updated firmware.
