All you need is the correct cable, there is no transformer. The input voltage to the supply can be 100-240.

try a search on amazon using synology power supply yes not what you really expect. They the replacement supply works on readynas with a 4 pin plug. It will have the specs as well

I found a power supply, OEM replacement, on Amazon, albeit was in Great Britain, that was designed for the ReadyNAS NV+ v1, in May of this year. $110.00
