Readynas NV+ | Boot Process Frozen

Duo? or NV+ The Duo doesn't have an LCD display.
Maybe try shutting it off, and removing/reinserting all the drive trays. It is possible that some are lose, esp. if you didn't remove them for transport.
If you joined the forum when you purchased, your warranty is probably still in force (though about to expire). So if you are the original owner, contact netgear at support.netgear.com, as if the unit is bricked you would be able to get a replacement.
