Pretty sure that's the culprit then. All other disks show ZERO, but this now displays as OK in Admin page and healthy on RAIDAR. What to do to restore the volume? I have a replacement HDD to swap in as soon as it's back up. I'm sure I'm in warranty for the faulty WD Red too..........

Hello erskinejohn,
Based on the logs disk 4 is faulty. There is possibility the while the replacement hard drive for the disk 3 was syncing, disk 4 failed and now the volume is down. This concern may require assistance from our engineers and/or higher tier who can remote in to the NAS and fix this from the backend. The process may require data recovery contract you may contact our support to avail the contract.

Hi
Can you get the relevant team to contact me, please? It's still the middle of wedding season so working round not having the NAS is alreaqdy causing me additional work/issues so have even less time to waste. As long as someone can explain the costs, that's fine.
Thanks
J
