ReadyNas NV+ Can log in as admin but can't do anything

I haven't logged in as admin for a while. Now when i do, there are no options to do anything. I have attached screen shot. RAIDar showing 4.1.14

    Welcome to the Community!

     

    Have you tried clearing cache of your browser or using a different browser when accessing the admin page?

     

    If you can get access back through clearing cache or using a different browser it will be better to perform an update on your NV+ v1.

      Yes, i have tried a couple of different browsers, and cleared cache etc on both. No change.

        Can you still download the logs using RAIDar? Were you able to try and reboot the NAS? An OS-Reinstall might be needed.

         

        OS-Reinstall NV+

         

        You can follow the steps provided on the link above but it would be better if you download the logs first before attempting an OS-Reinstall. Some settings will be reset once OS-Reinstall is done.
