There are some important details you need to include. Please see questions below:
- Did you replace the disk in slot 1 with 1TB or this was vacant prior to inserting the 1TB?
- How many disks are currently inserted and what is the size of each?
- What is the RAID level?
- What is the firmware version?
- Have you checked if you can still get to the NAS and access the files after removing the 1TB disk?
- Do you have full backup of the data?
