Just to clarify: This is an NV+ V2 (external power supply) or NV+ V1 (internal power supply)? Is there any network activioty indicated by the NIC LEDs?
You should have replaced the drive with the power on, BTW.

Re-answering because the forum must have been reset to an earlier time.
That is an indication of corrupt boot flash. Hopefully, a USB boot recovery will fix it right up. See ReadyNAS LED Lanhuage for more LED codes. While a USB recovery shouldn't harm your data volume, you can put in a spare drive in place of your array if you want extra protection. If you do that, though, make sure you are restoring the same version as is on the drives.
