Hi Lestrad,
Have you tried using other power outlet(s) or power cord(s)? If ever you have already tried it, then I advise you to open an online case with NETGEAR Support. State what happened to your NAS and the troubleshooting steps we did to isolate the problem. A replacement power supply for your NAS might be process for you.
