ReadyNAS NV+ "Kernel Panic"
Hello all, Not a good morning. Came in the office, ReadyNAS offline with "Kernel Panic" on the screen. Unable to reboot through the button, so power-cycled the ReadyNAS. Booting message appears, b...
Done already.
I ended up rebuilding everything from scratch, using the same 4 disks. I did full factory reset of the NAS, and upgraded the firmware to the latest release.
Hopefully, Netgear engineers will have added better management of failures.
Am in the process of integrating disk 3 of 4 right now, 7 more hours to go.
