ReadyNAS NV not upgrading
Hello, I just got this ReadyNAS and am having trouble updating it. Model: Infrant ReadyNAS NV Serial: 000da201222d Firmware: RAIDiator™ v3.01c1-p6 [1.00a034] Memory: 256 MB [2.5-3-3-7]...

I don't think Remote updates work any more from that old firmware.
Do an OS Re-install (http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu) and then try a local firmware update again.
What web browser and version are you using? It's possible your web browser is not compatible with the old firmware you are running. Changes to the web browser in the past 6 years may have broken compatibility.
4.1.10 is the latest firmware not 4.1.9.
