ReadyNas NV Pre Netgear No Boot

OK so update, the fsck finished running,
But the blue power/led is still flashing.
I can't SSH either
Every 2.5 seconds there will be a brief 'pause' in the pulsing of the power led and the ACT led will flash.
All 4 disk LEDs are still green.
Please advise.
