ReadyNas NV+ RND4000 files are not visible after hot swapping a new drive

I have a ReadyNas NV+ device which had a bad drive on number 3. I purchased a new drive and inserted it into the unit without shutting down after which my data base has become unresponsive and files cannot be found.

    Hello ITPCredit,

Can you still get the files when you removed the new disk? If so, please back up. Then get to FrontView and grab the logs.

See this article: ReadyNAS: Reallocated sector errors increasing on disk(s)

This should show which disk/s may have problems too.

Please also run diagnostic tools to test the new disk.

    Welcome to the community!

    Regards,
