This part seems a bit odd. You ought to be able to access the data. Have you tried downloading the log zip file?
Also - do you need to off-load the data? Or do you have backups of whatever you need?
Have you tried testing the problem drive in a Windows PC with WDC's dashboard software?

Hi,
See attached screenshot, there is no file in the list of log exports called "mdstat.log"
The error message I get in the web is :
The paths for the shares listed below could not be found. Typically, this occurs when the ReadyNAS is unable to access the data volume. media webroot addons-config
