If you wish to stay on 4.1.7 that's fine for now. The important thing is that on 4.1.7 (or later) if you do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) you'll get 4k sector partition alignment which you'll want if you wish to upgrade to 2TB disks at some point.
