ReadyNAS NV+ seen in RAIDar but can't browse or enter setup

I tried removing the harddisks deleted the partition and then inserted one of the harddisks. Now I am getting a new error saying 'corrupt root' in RAIDar and on the NAS itself I am getting the error saying 'Bad firmwar'.
I tried the OS-reinstall again and this time it started off fine but ended with the same error message as above.
