Oh boy. I appreciate your help mdgm, but I'm a little shocked right now and disturbed by my results. I spent the past 10 days doing a full 1.8TB backup, followed by a factory reset (using frontview) of my NAS using the newest beta firmware, followed by a full data restore. And yes, these processes took 10 full days. But, at the hopes of actually being able to use my NAS for its intended purpose, that's a very small amount of time in the grand scheme.
Everything finished and I performed an IOMeter test. Read 6Mbps and Write 13Mbps ?!?!? I'm happy to post any information from these IOMeter Excel documents (I followed the Netgear troubleshooting IOMeter instructions).
Please help. Thanks in advance
