ReadyNAS NV+ v2 - Disks Not Spinnng Down

I uninstalled plex awhile ago, the only installed add-on is readynas photos II. I was able to have disks spinning down after i uninstalled plex so i dont believe it is the issue.
Should i try removing the 3rd hard drive and see if the disks spin down like they used too?
