ReadyNAS NV+ V2 - Problems seeing file shares

Hi,

Firmware: RAIDiator 5.3.11

I recently move home and had my ReadyNAS powered off. I just powered it up and am gettting the following errors on my dashboard logs.

Wed Jul 8 04:03:06 WEST 2015 - The paths for the shares listed below could not be found. Typically, this occurs when the ReadyNAS is unable to access the data volume.

I can see all my shares on my MAC OSX under "Shares" in Finder and the (CIFS) of my ReadyNAS. When I click on any of the shares none of the folders will show any contents.
My ReadyNAS contains 4 x 4TB and all appear to be good in the dashboard.

Disk 1
ST33000651AS 2794 GB (30 °C / 86 °F, Write-cache On). Status: OK
Disk 2
ST3000DM001-9YN166 2794 GB (26 °C / 78 °F, Write-cache On). Status: OK
Disk 3
ST3000DM001-1ER166 2794 GB (26 °C / 78 °F, Write-cache On). Status: OK
Disk 4
ST3000DM001-1ER166 2794 GB (26 °C / 78 °F, Write-cache On). Status: OK

Any ideas on how I can get to see them to take my data off it and reformat the system again without losing the data I have on my NAS.
I did run a Memory and Disk check from the boot menu and still no luck and also tried an OS install. The LED display at the front only shows the IP address and not the space free as previously.

Thanks in advance,

Alan.

Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

I would suspect that there is a problem with one or more of the disks.

I gather from your post that you don't have a backup?

Looking at your logs if the data is important you would need to purchase some support and contact support and provide them with your logs for starters.

Thanks for the reply and taking a look at the logs, so the only way to get help is to purchase support?

How do I go about that please?
