What error message did you see? Were you enabling just the client, just the server, or both? (You only need the client).

Try running CMD. Then enter
net use * /delete /y
net use t: \\nas-ip-address\sharename /user:admin nas-admin-passwordsubstituting the real NAS IP address, a real sharename, and of course the actual nas admin password. If you are still using the default password (which is password) then change it before doing this.
Be careful on the typing (particularly spaces and the two different slashes).
