thank you for all your help, I got the drive in and the volume rebuilt w/o a hitch, and all my apps are working as expected now. Except one thing..
I can write to the drive now about 25-27mb / sec, but my reads from it are still 300k / sec. any idea what's going on or how I can get an idea of the bottle neck?
