Yeah, I don't understand why it wouldn't be transferable or at least allow the re-registration to a new person. It doesn't make sense, if the person no longer needs it, they can't sell it to someone who does?
Just to be clear, this is a RND4000-200NAS v2 so it doesn't fit in the realm of business like the Ultras do, this is considered home. Though when calling support I was routed to Business, which is odd in my opinion.
