Open the Dashboard and click Configure. Under System > Overview > Services, click on the ReadyDLNA button. Next to the Auto Scan option there should be the option to enable/disable it and to the right of that there should be a refresh button you can click to do a Manual Rescan.
If you don't see this, then the old version of the Dashboard is cached. Clear your web browser cache (e.g. Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer or Safari > Empty Cache in Safari) close your web browser, reopen the Dashboard and you should see the new options.
Btw I have disabled the link to the add-on as it's no longer needed. Best to use the official option in the Dashboard.
