It'd be better to put the Green disks in USB enclosures and use them as backup disks.
This NAS needs to be 100% reliable. I will bite the bullet and get some Red disks. Thanks for the info - expensive lesson learned
-EDIT- I'm goin gto give it a try regardless, just for educational sake. Can you advise on what settings need to be altered?
