That's a NV+ v1 hardware revision 3. See How to tell whether I have a Duo v1 or Duo v2 or NV+ v1 or NV+ v2
HW Revision 3 was the last revision of the NV+ v1 so there's a fair chance your unit might be still be under warranty. Is it registered at my.netgear.com? When did you purchase it? Depending on the date of purchase your unit would either have a 5 year or 3 year warranty.
