First of all, you have an NV+ v1 (sparc-based ReadyNAS). The RND4000 is the chassis/diskless part number.
The RND4210 is an RND4000 that shipped with factory-installed disks. The "x2xx" means it shipped with 2 disks, the "xx1x" means those disks were 1 TB each.
If the serial number of your NAS is between 000DA2010FFE and 000DA2016000, then there was a service action, and you are entitled to a replacement PSU even if the NAS is out of warranty. Otherwise, the normal warranty (usually 5 years on your NAS) would apply.
There are some replacement supplies out there, but they are generally expensive. You can also get a less expensive generic supply, but you do need to modify the pinout before you install it.

Hello AV8THOR,
Please try contacting support and see they can arrange an RMA for your PSU. However, there is a fee for the replacement.
Welcome to the community!

Hello AV8THOR,
Have you tried calling in already?
Regards,- AV8THOROct 18, 2016Aspirant
I have called in, and was informed that Netgear has decided to abandon its customers and that failed NV+ power supplies are not being replaced.
However I can feel free to BUY a replacement power supply.
