ReadyNAS OS 6.10.2 not recognizing Time Machine backup size

While checking my ReadyNAS settings, I noticed that it listed the backup space used by Time Machine as 0 for two of my three Macs in our household.  Both of those Macs are on macOS 10.15 (Catalina) - the one that lists disk usage has not been upgraded yet. (Image attached.)

I believe this may be related to the fact that Apple renamed the backup file / folder from .sparsebundle to .backupbundle, as noted here - I can confirm the file rename by using SSH to inspect the /data/.timemachine directory, and there is definately data there, even if it's not listed on the WebUI.

Any chance that ReadyNAS OS can be updated to support the new file name / extension for Time Machine backups?

    Hi GJSchaller,

A fix for this issue will be included in the upcoming 6.10.3 beta firmware. There is no ETA yet on when it will be posted.

    Hi GJSchaller,

I will try simulating this on our end and will report to the appropriate team if I will get the same result.

Is your NAS running on 6.10.2 firmware?

    Regards,

Yes, 214.  I will note older Macs still show up fine, the difference seems to be Macs on OS 10.15 (Catalina).
