ReadyNAS Pro Pioneer - drive caddy failure
I recently had to replace a failed drive and struggled to get the caddy to eject.
With much patience it did finally eject and I was able to replace the drive, however the caddy has locked in the closed postion while not installed, and I am unable to release the lock.
Has anyone any bright ideas about how I can get this to unlock, or is it a warranty claim.
If its a warranty claim, then how do I go about making one?
Cheers

The picture mentioned can be seen if you change the infrant.com in the URL of the image to readynas.com.
