Does your RNDP600E Admin Page have a serial number that is a MAC Address, or is it a NETGEAR standard 13-character serial number? You probably need the vital product data reloaded onto the device, which I can assist with if I get a picture of the 13-digit serial number. If it's not the VPD, would need to look at your unit to determine why this is happening. Just to note that we don't officially support RNDP600E with OS 6.
Thanks again StephenB - the firmware versions i tried were 6.10.2 / .4 / .5 / .6 - then reverted back to 6.9.5
Hi kohdee , totally understand it isn't supported, but appreciate your help. The system page does show the 13 digit serial number starting with 1YA. I've pm'd you the serial number. I do have SSH access to the NAS also.
