Readynas Pro RNDP6350 won't boot

It shouldn't matter if the firmware is newer on the replacement unit, but it may matter if it is older. You can't downgrade to 4.2.15 after updating to newer firmware.
If in doubt, put the latest firmware on the replacement unit.
