ReadyNAS Pro 6 (RNDP6350) VPD issue?
My ReadyNAS isn't showing properly in raidar
and frontview is broken (doesn't seem to load completely)
Please HELP! I have tried pulling my 12TB media array and replaced it with a blank 500gb drive so data is safe. I tried doing a OS Reinstall and a Factory Defualt. No success with either though, reading through the forums it sounds like the VPD is damaged and I'd need to contact support. However since the unit is out of warranty not sure how much they're going to charge me to fix it, so I'm turning to the community for help.
Can you access the boot menu and set your NAS to tech support mode? You should then see a 5 digit number on the LCD panel and in RAIDar. Please send me a PM with that 5 digit number and I will take a look to see if I might be able to help.

Thank you so much Brendan after you fixed the vpd issue i was able to power down reinsert my 13TB array and it came up just fine.

I use ReadyNAS Pro 2 and have same problem...
I contacted Netgear Japan support last week, but they haven't reply yet.
Please help me !
