ReadyNAS Remote cannot be enabled
When I connect the ReadyNAS102 to company network. The feature 'ReadyNAS Remote' is OFF and grey. I'm not able to click 'Users' and 'Settings' to configure it. However other Cloud features such as ReadyCLOUD, ReadyDROP and ReadyNAS Replicate can be toggled.
When I connect the RN102 to home network, the remote feature is available and able to change configuration.
What's the requirement of ReadyNAS Remote to be enabled? and what are the firewall ports required for ReadyNAS Remote?
