ReadyNAS RN104 will not accept my network login PW although it's accessible for file transfer
My ReadyNAS RN104 will not accept my network login password although it's accessible for file transfer on my network. I haven't tried to login on my local network for some time but I don't think I made any changes to my Username or Password. Now when I put in my password it spends a couple of seconds thinking and then brings me back to the same login screen with an empty Password field. I'm on MacOS 10.13.2.
Thanks!
Any suggestions on what to try next much appreciated.
When you get to it, I think the next step is to do an OS reinstall from the boot menu. Details are on pages 28-29 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf

Are you trying to access the NAS web ui ( https://nas-ip-address/admin ) or something else?

My apologies StephenB. I saw that there had been a reply, but in the pressure of work forgot it until now.
yes I was trying to access my NAS web UI. As I said, I hadn't been using it much recently, but I had previously used it regularly without any problems.
Thanks!
