Hi Jenn
I already have it mapped via Windows Exploer and it gives me this when I attempt to acess it:
"An error occurred while reconnecting to N: to\\10.1.1.37\Share
Microsoft Windows Network: The specified network name is no longer available.
The connectionhas not been restored."
When I try to reach it via the Mac Finder just says "Connection Failed".

Hello Philip_G,
What happens when you manually enter \\ followed by the NAS' hostname or IP address in the address bar of Windows explorer?

Okay this is just getting weird now.
So I've changed the name of the share from 'Share' to 'Network' and am able to reach it via AFP on the Mac, but still no success with SMB on either the PC or the Mac. Just to add to the confusion I can't reach the admin page via its IP address with the web browser.
When I type \\10.1.1.37\Network\ into the address bar in Windows Explorer it comes back with:
"Windows cannot access \\10.1.1.37\Network\
Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try to identifyand resolve network problems, click Diagnose."

So I've oped Command Prompt and tried ping it with no success. Then I've gone to the admin page for the modem/router and am able to reach that and it's showing the NAS as an active connection on 10.1.1.37. Oh and I can still reach the NAS via Finder on the Mac using AFP.

Hello Philip_G,
Are there 2 LAN cables connected to the NAS? If so, unplug one and retain the one that works with that IP address.
\\10.1.1.37 with no \Network should already work and show you all current shares of the NAS, can you check please?
