readynas rn314 - product registration gone AWOL
I cannot locate the registration of my RN314. Since the recent MyNETGEAR updates their have been issues with user account logons, (local v's Readycloud) and we are unable to ensure that this NAS is linked to a known myNetgear account user because we cannot see whom the device is registered to... it's almost like the product registration has been hijacked - can someone please help?

Just to verify, do you have several MyNETGEAR accounts using your other e-mail addresses? If yes, it might be that your RN314 is registered to your other MyNETGEAR account using your other e-mail address. Otherwise, kindly send me a picture of the serial number of your RN314 that is labelled on the device itself via private message and I'll inquire it.

Hello Dane A,
Sorry for the belated reply - I have been "incommunicato" for a few weeks.
I have checked the "Mynetgear" portal for the serial number belonging to my RN314 in two (2) different mynetgear portals... in both times I was told that the device had already been registered to another logon.
I'd like to move the registration of ALL my Netgear devices to a single email address/logon - to assist with ongoing administration.
Could you please assist with this?
