Thank you again for the help... here's the update.
New RAM did not fix the NAS, same issues as before. As its not even posting it is likely that its a parts issue with something more in depth, don't believe its both PSUs, maybe a blown capacitor on the board or something.
Probably just going to start looking into a replacement unit of an OS6 unit with 6-12 drives and try recover the data that way. Thank you all for the help in some debugging i think it was worth to try and recover the unit, but if it was that fragile to begin with it was a disaster waiting to happen at some point anyway.
If you have any reccos on a good one (pref rack mount) let me know, or anything i should look out for.
