ReadyNAS RND4000 won’t boot after shutting down for days...

Did you try looking at the status with RAIDar? Use version 4.3.8 for this ( https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar )

RAIDar was not able to detect active ReadyNAS divice, and it's also not listed in my router's LAN Active Client list. So I'm not able to access ReadyNAS admin page as well.
Try powering down the NAS, and removing the drives (labeling by slot). Then boot the NAS diskless. You should see no disks on the LCD panel. RAIDar should also be able to see the NAS (and report diskless status).
If you have access to a windows PC, try connecting the drives to it (either with sata or a usb->sata adapter/dock). Then test the disks with vendor tools (seatools for seagate, lifeguard for western digital). Obviously don't initialize or format the drives in Windows - the tools should be able to see the drives and test them, even though Windows doesn't understand the disk format.
Booting the NAS diskless got same result:
Loop pattern: All LEDs(Disk 1-4, ACT, POWER) fast blinking 3 times and then Disk 1 LED slow blinking for 5 times.
Nothing are showing up on LCD panel.
I tried ro figure out the meaning of LED blinking by refering the doc of ReadyNAS LED Language, but couldn't matching pattern.

Clearly it's the chassis itself, and not disk-related. Hopefully mdgm-ntgr will recognize the pattern.
