[ReadyNAS Surveillance] - unixNuSDK.jar File not found exception

Hi,

 

I have installed the RNS app and have attempted to connect a camera, to test i am trying to view the stream view "live view". This requires a java plugin which i've allowed to run, however i'm getting an error message that i can't copy but the part i can see is:

 

http://<ip>:5100/unixNuSDK.jar: java.io.FileNotFoundexception

 

Any ideas whats going on here? java runtime is installed on my NAS

    Hello sg86,

     

    Have you tried using a different web browser? May we also ask for the model number of the ReadyNAS you have?

      Hi, yes i've tried chromium and firefox. 

       

      Model: RN2120

       

      If it isn't obvious from the .jar filename i'm running a linux distro here.

        Hello sg86,

         

        ReadyNAS 2120 supports only ReadyNAS Surveillance Home, see page 3 of Data Sheet

         

        Not sure what exactly you are getting there. Have you tried using a different computer too?

        Please send us some screenshots of what you get.
