ReadyNAS Ultra 2 - can't access because it uses an unsupported protocol
I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 2 (RNDU2000) running Firmware 4.2.19. I haven't really used the NAS in the last couple of years, however it has been plugged into and running on my home network since being installed.
I'm running a desktop running Win 11.
Now trying to access the NAS, I'm getting unsupported protocol errors using Edge, Chrome & Firefox.
RAIDar can see the NAS, but won't allow me to update - see attached picture.
I'm guessing I have to up the firmware in the NAS, but unable to access the NAS via the desktop.
Any clues / ideas on how to either get a data connection with the NAS and /or update the firmware ?

The current version of FireFox will work if you set security.tls.version.min to 1 (browse to about:config and search for the setting).
As you own an Ultra 2, I think it's possible to convert to an ReadyNAS OS 6 - it won't make a brand new and modern NAS, but still much better than the legacy OS 4.

It is possible - we recommend upgrading the RAM to 2 GB first (which is inexpensive and easy to do).
