Readynas Ultra 4 + starts, works only for few minutes
I have Readynas Ultra 4 +. It starts and after that I am able to connect for few minutes. After few minutes I am not able to connect at all. I tried http, ssh, ftp, afp, cifs but nothing works.
I checked logs using admin site but could not find any issue in the logs.
Display also goes blank. After that when I press power button display shows option to press again to shutdown and shutdown works on pressing button again.
Any ideas what the problem might be and how to solve the issue?

- vandermerweMasterHave you logged a support request - this is especially important if you don't currently have a backup of your data.
Do you have any addons running, if you do, try turning them off in the few minutes that you can connect.
Are you able to access the boot menu? - akg1AspirantHi vandermerwe,
This is my first post here, where to file support request?
I have partial backup.
I will try to shutdown addons next time.
How to access the boot menu?
Thanks. - StephenBGuru - Experienced User

I restarted the drive and disable all the add-ons but still problem happened first time.
I restarted again and this time I changed the LAN port and drive has been running for almost 25 minutes.
Any ideas on which log file to look at for the cause? - akg1AspirantOnce again I changed the LAN port while the drive was up and found that connection was lost in few minutes.
After changing back to second port I was again able to connect. - fastfwdVirtuoso

Are both ports configured for DHCP? - akg1AspirantYes, both ports are on DHCP.
I checked settings and I didn't find any difference between the two. - vandermerweMasterContact support.
- akg1AspirantI updated firmware again and it started working.
Thanks everybody for help.
