Do you forward ports from the web to your NAS? If you don't need to forward ports you shouldn't.
What version of RAIDiator are you running?
The solution would be to backup your data, do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything), update to 4.2.27 beta (addresses ShellShock), then put your data back on.
