ReadyNAS v2 rnd4000 - firmware 4.1.10 bug with share access
Hi
i noticed there is a bug on firmware 4.1.9 and .10 which deny to access new shares.
I have this issue that is causing me lost time and lot of troubles ( i'm in business warranty ).
How can i fix it fast ?
i found several topic on this forum but there isn't any solution for that.
exept:
Edit the /etc/samba/smbpasswd configuration file and delete the parameter “D”
but i can't access the nas with putty.

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserDid you install the add-on to enable SSH? Also note the logon is "root". The password will be your admin password.
- elPimpsAspirantI downloaded the enable ssh
http://www.readynas.com/?p=4203
but it doesn't install, the error is "different architecture" - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredYou need the Sparc add-on for your NAS. Is that the one you tried?
