ReadyNAS212 - Chrome can't drag/drop anymore

I just purchased the ReadyNAS 212 2 bay diskless, installed drives, formatted, and started copying data to the drives using ReadyCloud on Chrome.  I was copying over files and folders and all of a sudden I got a message that I needed to be on Chrome to drag/drop anymore files.  I was always on Chrome.  Any ideas?  Also if there is another way to upload files other than dragging/dropping I'm fine with that too, but this seems like a bug. 

 

I had copied quite a good bit of info to the drive using drag and drop successfully until it started giving me that error message.

    Hello JasonNAS,

     

    Using ReadyCloud to access the NAS is for remote access as it needs credentials.

     

    To copy data to the volume of the NAS locally, it is done by best by mapping the IP address. Try entering \\ followed by the IP address of the NAS in the address bar of Windows explorer, for example, \\192.168.3.5. This will take you to the volume of the NAS showing you the shares of the NAS.

      Hi JennC,

       

      I'm actually accessing the NAS through the IP address in the Chrome browser as you suggested.  But my problem is I can no longer drag/drop files into the NAS.  It used to let me do this now it says "The upload feature is unavailable on your browser.  Use Google Chrome instead.  Google Chrome supports HTML5 drag and drop better than other browsers".  

       

      As it stands I have no way to copy files onto the NAS that I know of.
