FYI: If you want a more permanent fix you can take the tray apart and glue the little piece to the button. Yes this seems odd, but because that little piece keeps moving it prevents the button from working correctly. I used a pen to add a bit of fiberglass resin. Yes, this will be permanent and then I had to just file the sides a tiny bit because I got a bit more on some, but after that it just takes a bit of a push to take them out. I may have a little more resin on one or two, but it's workable. So next time you actually push the button they work fine. If you use any other type of glue, I can't say how long that will stay, but I know that the fiberglass resin mixed with the hardener of course works permanently. I just got tired of running into that problem every time I tried to clean the nas. And the paper clip or pin trick still works if you really need to go that route. IF the jedis let me add pictures I can upload the pictures of what I did. As of now I can't upload any pictures. It would save a ton of time if we can get pictures uploaded.
