ReadyNV: Can´t get out the Tray...

Rather than piggybacking this thread perhaps open a new one. If you want help from our Jedi friends (if they are able to provide it) then perhaps you should mention your case number.
There is now a newer tray design (with a rectangular button) used by the NVX that shouldn't have this problem however I think if you can get replacement trays for the NV+ from NetGear it would be likely to be ones using the old design.
