ReasyNAS looses connectivity ....
I have a ReadyNas NV+. I performed a factory reset using the pin hole slot on the back of the device. Now when the device boots i can ping it momentarily then the message "Requesting IP ...." appears ...

Do you remember what version of RAIDiator the unit was running?
What brand and model disks do you have installed?
Was it working fine before doing the factory reset?
