Recovering Files from RN102

It's going to be difficult to recover your data. This is "data carving" and highly advanced processed. You're best chance is with a profesional data recovery company, but it will be costly.
About your target configuration, I'd advise you to create two separate volumes or to use a single JBOD, as a RAID0 on a RN102 will have no advantages over JBOD, only inconveniences.
