Redirect Default Web Access
I would like to move my my small web server from my always on computer, to my ReadyNAS.
If I enable 'redirect default web access' how will I access the admin page of the ReadyNAS?
I assume here is what is happening. Right now I go to '192.168.1.2' to access my admin ReadyNAS page. If i enable redirection the IP will take me to my site. So how do I access the admin page?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. What setup buton and what is raidar? - NhellieVirtuosoopps.. sorry.
"RAIDar is used to discover ReadyNAS devices on the network and start the ReadyNAS web-based configuration utility."
Download it here.

That's what I am wondering.. Will I have to use that software every time I want to view the admin page of the ReadyNAS?
Looks like yes. - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserRAIDar uses a simple discovery protocol to find the NAS IP address and status. When you click setup there, it simply launches a browser window with https://nasipaddress/admin.
If that URL fails with your redirection turned on, then RAIDar will fail also. - geoldrTutor

This is exactly what I was looking for. So when I turn on redirection, the admin URL is ip/admin. - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserActually the admin URL is always https://ip/admin. If you just use IP it redirects.

Yes you are right. I should have noticed that at first.
Thank you
